Wife has informed me that our neighbor, Johnatha (not her real name), admitted a dislike for Turquoise (not the real color) people. Enraged by this revelation, I might have said something like, “I know, and you always know when they’re barking into (not the real criminal activity) your house because you can taste (not the real sense) them a mile away.” I doubt the sarcasm would have registered. Anyway, I wasn’t there.
